over the top in terms of opulence and quantity? or understated? The
designers for AdamsMorioka has taken the understated route within the design, with
the design for Phillip B, shampoo brand that can cost up to 65 dollars. The
aim of the client was to get the product into mainstream stores and was willing
to change the design. They arranged an audit of a spectrum of shampoo brands
with varying price ranges. Fishel, C.M. (2005). In that audit, they found that the cheaper
options used a flashy design style, whilst the expensive bottles used simple
and clean designs. They worked with typography and simple yet good materials. Right
after the new packaging was launched the clients' sales went up 300 percent as
the products were taken into the stores that the client strived for
