Typography is the art of arranging letters and text in a way that makes the copy legible, clear, and visually appealing to the reader. Typography involves font style, appearance, and structure, which aims to elicit certain emotions and convey specific messages.
Mountain is a landform that rises above the surrounding land in a limited area, usually in the form of a peak. Mountains are formed through tectonic forces or volcanism. These forces can locally raise the surface of the earth.
Evolution in biology signifies the change of species and their number. Changes in species involve changes in the organism's structure, genetics, ecology, behavior and more. Changes in the number of species mean that new species may emerge and species may die out.

All words can be thematically linked together or be link in their own respective pairs.
In what ways do these words connect? Do some more than others? Is there a defining theme/event that brings these words together?
In response to today’s session, on your blog:Does it have varying alliances? What do people think about it?
All words can be thematically linked together or be link in their own respective pairs.
In what ways do these words connect? Do some more than others? Is there a defining theme/event that brings these words together?
- Document your 3 connecting texts - use close reading to help you.
- Make a list of what patterns and/or connections you have discovered.
- Write 250 word blog post based on your reading and understanding of your 3 texts (and any other reading you might undertake) discuss different perspectives of each text and how it relates to your chosen theme.
Find some visual examples that you can include on your blog - you don't have to discuss them in the 250 words but they can support your understanding.
Alcoholism is a big issue around the world, In Iceland, it was such a big issue that it was nearing a pandemic. (Actis, 2017) In order to produce the number of people that the country head to help after alcoholism the put in actions that would allow teens to develop their interests. This idea of preventing instead of curing would be quite interesting in terms of solving a lot of issues around the world to get young people to think for themselves. So how could you help people that don't really want help? You can see this in the standardised packaging that Australia introduced in 2012 (Dennis, 2016). People didn't necessarily want it but the studies have shown that people did act upon the warnings on the label they did look into figuring out the risks of it and also thinking about how to quit (Moodie et al., 2019). But there's no perfect answer to it, for example, people have criticised the standardised packaging for being too pretty because it uses traditional ways of design it uses Helvetica and even though it said to be an ugly colour a fair few people do like it. This will start with standardising packaging there's a lot of people that wouldn't have a job for it in terms of the design work which somewhat goes against the graphic designers’ way of thinking, but if you can save peoples lives it might be worth it. But if there's a way to implement the Icelandic way of thinking Along with some sort of rethinking away that we think about things that are bad for us such as sugar, alcohol, In a similar way that tobacco was dealt with.
